Mirchi ka salan is a hyderabadi delicacy which is generally made as an accompaniment for Biryani and can also be experienced with rotis and rice too.
Peanuts 1 tb
Sesame seeds 1 tb
Coconut powder 1 tb
Oil 1 tb
Salt
Mustard seeds ¼ ts
Cumin seeds ¼ ts
Methi seeds 1/8 ts
Kalonji (optional) ¼ ts
Pink chilly 3 n
Ginger garlic paste 1 ts
Curry leaves 2 sp
Cumin powder ½ ts
Coriander powder 1 ts
Chilly powder 1 tb
Onions 1 n
Turmeric pinch
Green chilly 2 n
Coriander chopped ½ b
Mint chopped ½ b
Mirchi 100 g
Oil for fry
Tamarind juice ¼ cup
Jaggery 1 compact piece

Warmth a pan include peanuts dry roast this in a slow flame, include sesame seeds, dry roast together with peanuts, then include coconut powder, sauté it and put this into the blender, include some water and make a paste.

Warmth oil in a pan include mustard seeds, when mustard seeds splutter include cumin seeds, pink chilli, methi seeds, Kalonji (optional), include sliced onions, salt, curry leaves, prepare dinner this till onions are golden in colour, include ginger garlic paste prepare dinner this till raw flavor is gone, include turmeric, pink chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, eco-friendly chilly, include peanut and sesame seed paste, water, mix it like a slim paste, prepare dinner this in a slow flame for 30 minutes, then include chopped coriander, chopped mint, include beaten yogurt, after arrive to boil include mirchi (eliminate the seeds and fry them in the sizzling oil), include tamarind juice, jaggery, put the lid on and enable it prepare dinner for 5 minutes in a slow flame.
Provide this sizzling with rice.

    I am from the corporate world but I feel relief in cooking and eating and the smile on the faces of people who love my food.

    I just want to say that sometimes I get confused with the quantity of the ingredients. So can u please mention the quantities also. Mostly its there but still if u can do so for rookies like us, my lot will be really grateful.
