  1. Hello! Would you mind telling me what brand of flour you used? I follow the directions for the batter but it never seems to look like yours! I use club soda and all the other listed ingredients, but I use Anthony's Fine brown rice flour or something and I think that might be causing it to not look so similar.

  2. Made this recipe tonight and it was absolutely delicious! I used a cup of regular flour and about 1.5 cups sparkling water! I also threw in a little bit of extra chili flakes into the batter to give it more of a kick.
    The crunch was perfect. Cooked it on a bed of rice and sautéed red, yellow bell peppers and carrots. 5 STAR SAUCE
