Delectable Pan Asian Avenue Foodstuff: Tofu, Brown Rice & Combined Veg and Madras Sauce stir fry at Wok Wala
We completely appreciate exploring locations like this……….an open up road kitchen area serving up great “create your personal” Pan Asian dishes (with an Indian twist) freshly cooked to order.
You know it’s freshly cooked mainly because they do not have a microwave listed here and there is no secret to the recipe & preparation mainly because they make every little thing in comprehensive watch of you in their open up kitchen though you wait.
We had Brown Rice, included Tofu, Broccoli, Mangetout, Mushrooms, Toddler Corn and Purple Onion + regular base veggies of Mung Bean Sprouts, Cabbage and Carrots & then stir fried with their have in-residence “Madras Sauce”.
We can honestly say it was scrumptious and the part measurement was totally huge.
Wok = A bowl formed frying pan employed ordinarily in Chinese cooking for frying food stuff immediately in scorching oil.
Wala (Wallah) = Someone specializing or working in a specific profession or exercise i.e. Chai Wallah, Rickshaw Wallah, Kulfi Wallah and many others………
The microwave oven is dead………..lengthy stay the Wok !!!
