Easy Chilli Chicken Recipe (Indo-Chinese)



Easy, Simple and Delicious Chilli Chicken Recipe.

Products used in this video (affiliate):
1) Kikkoman Soy Sauce:
2) Huy Fong Sriracha:

Ingredients:
1 lb Chicken Breast or Thigh – Cut into bite size pieces
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Egg to help coating stick to chicken
3 Tbsp Cornflour

Sauce:
3-4 Tbsp Ketchup
1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Chilli Sauce- Sriracha/ Sambal OR any of your favorite chilli sauce
2 Tsp Sugar
1 Tsp Chicken Stock Powder OR 1/2 cube of Chicken boullion (Dissolve cube in 1 Tbsp of hot water before adding to sauce mixture)

For Stir-Fry:
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic – Roughly chopped
1/2 Medium Bell Pepper
1/4 Medium Onion
2-3 Green Onion – Chopped
Green chillies – For Garnish
