  1. I have coeliac disease and am vegetarian. Seeing this has inspired me. We will be visiting Beijing. Xi an and Chengdu. I would ideally like a recommendation of anywhere you have safely eaten. (I like the bbq grill idea any specific place you would recomend?) Also translation cards all say I can safely eat meat. Which I don't eat. Any advice would be great. Thanks

  2. Thank you so much for making this video! I am moving to China in a few months for a volunteering gap year and have been really worried about how I was going to be able to eat! One thing that is worrying me though is how not to appear rude at dinners hosted by the staff at the school I'll be working at (I hear these are quite common) Do you have any advise for that?

  3. Thank you so much for the informative video! I suffer from a severe allergy to wheat and gluten and always had alot of stress trying to take this into consideration while planning any trips outside of my home country. I have had a goal of visiting China and Taiwan for about 2 years now, however, my allergy really prevented me from taking serious steps to traveling to these places. I see that it is possible to live a GF life while in China, thanks so much!! Have any info on Gf eating in Taiwan??

  4. Thanks for your video! I also don't eat gluten and was wondering where to get the simplified Chinese travel card? Any ideas? I used one from a celiac website for my trip to Vietnam and it made things so easy!
