How to eat Nagaimo (Chinese Yam)- delicious, raw, easy, vegan, Gluten-Free!

Nagaimo (or Chinese Yam) is a super nutritious root vegetable that is absolutely delicious eaten raw! It’s one of my favorite snacks and side dishes. It goes perfectly with a bowl of rice. 🙂 Even my 7 year old gobbles it up. So it’s kid approved.

Hope you can try it sometime. You can find it in most Asian grocery stores.

  1. Pair with natto for a super slime fest! Thanks for sharing, I miss nagaimo so very much. Now live in an area where it's completely unavailable and so have to just dream of it.
