Standard Tso’s Chicken Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 pound of Boneless Skinless Rooster Thigh, lower into pieces
Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon of Minced Ginger
1 tablespoon of Minced Garlic
Chinese Cooking Wine
Corn Starch
Baking Soda
1 egg white
scallions
rice vinegar
sugar
dried chili (fresh new will work if you only have freshy clean)
Directions:

  1. Gadzooks!!! Here is my report back, oh Great Master. So Mama's Day plans didn't go down, however I went and shopped for as many of the supplies that I could with success. My excitement took a minute to rub off on to the Girlfriend, but when I put on my old Karate gear she knew I wasn't playin. We began following your wise teachings, however, as a pupil my over zealousness proved that discipline and following the teachings of the Master, would have saved me an ass kicking from a pist off Russian Girlfriend. Beef and Broccoli, I used more meat and thought, " well I'll add more of every thing else". That maybe would've been ok with some restraint, but I let loose on the corn starch and for that I had to watch my back for guys with black leather jackets and Adidas sweat pants. So, in order to sleep without fear, I meditated and with a humbleness of sloth and I got up to avenge my Teacher's awesomeness. I washed off the beef from the caked on mess I made. As I did that, I also sautéed the ginger, garlic, scallions and added some serrano chilies into a fiery wrath of choking smoke that was~ beautiful . I got new broccoli ready and seasoned the wok with sesame oil and a little vegetable oil and put the beef into the sizzling inferno. I added some cracked pepper and to show my vengeance added some crushed red pepper flakes into the fury. The beef already had enough residual corn starch and just as if I were cooking for the Emperor of the Tang Dynasty himself, as I mixed the broccoli into the beef added sesame seeds and more scallions. My hands moved faster then lighting, it was a little bit frightening that shit was so damn good everybody was Kung Fu fighting!!! I returned to share my journey and to let those who dare besmirch your way~ I pity the damn fools!!!
    Your Beef and Broccoli is so damn good it could easily bring China, Russia and United States down to it's knees begging for world peace.
