What a travesty! That chicken and those vegetables are steaming. They are getting watery and losing their flavor. I would do a small drizzle of oil in a rocking hot pan and that should be enough.

Both of my grocery stores carry rice wine or rice vinegar but rice wine vinegar does not exist at either of the stores. I have already made this recipe twice with regular rice wine. Am I doing something wrong then??
