Standard Tso’s Chicken Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 pound of Boneless Skinless Rooster Thigh, lower into pieces
Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon of Minced Ginger
1 tablespoon of Minced Garlic
Chinese Cooking Wine
Corn Starch
Baking Soda
1 egg white
scallions
rice vinegar
sugar
dried chili (fresh new will work if you only have freshy clean)
Directions:
1. Increase a person egg white into a bowl and defeat lightly with a fork.
2. Include 3 tablespoons of soy and Cooking Wine. Insert 1/4 teaspoon baking soda. 3-4 tablespoons of Corn Starch and mix alongside one another.
