  2. Hi this looks great! I asked this question on thrivehive's website no realizing that it was your recipe. How does one store the shiritaki after heating? I am a study who works and goes to school so I rely on meal prepped meals that I typically microwave during the week. Should I store the noodles separate from the broth? If I made a stir-fry would it be ok to store everything together? How many days do you think something like this would last?

    I do SO SO WISH Ramen restaurants would make soy free ramen options, however. But NONE of them, do! 🙁
